I am a folklorist based in the greater Seattle area. This online portfolio features samples of my professional and academic work as well as examples of my involvement with ethnographic work, festivals, two narrative stages, museum work, and more.

I currently serve as the managing editor for Rites of Green, a journal of Washington State folklife.
I graduated in May 2019 with my MA in Folk Studies (with an emphasis on public folklore) from Western Kentucky University. My interests center around group boundaries, identity, and the ways in which folklore is used to establish a sense of "home" in new landscapes.
